Can Massage Therapy Help Tendonitis?

Tendonitis is the soreness or inflammation of a tendon. A tendon is a flexible cord of collagen tissue that connects your muscle to your bone. It is usually caused by repeating the same movement over and over, minor impact on the affected area, or from a more serious injury. Anyone can get tendonitis but it more common in adults who are over 40, because your tendons lose their elasticity and are easy to tear. There are a lot of activities, sports, jobs and even housework that can cause strain on the tendons causing tendonitis. Such as
