Are you in the midst of a difficult season, or perhaps you’ve noticed the lingering impacts of something that has happened in your past? Are you feeling stuck, or askingyourself why things seem harder for you than those around you?

We all go through seasons in life, some of which can be hard to navigate. Weathering through these storms with others, and not in isolation, is important. I value the collaborative therapeutic process; I want to meet you where you are and journey with you as you make your way to where you want to be. You are the expert in your life, and I hope to support you in uncovering your strengths and equip you with tools along the way.

I support folks who may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem/worth, navigating interpersonal conflict, life transitions and trauma. You can expect me to be eclectic in my approach and to pull from various therapeutic frameworks based on your needs and goals. The space we share will be non- judgmental, confidential, and a reflection of the work that you want to do.

Lets celebrate small and big wins together: you have taken the first step in looking for someone to connect with. I would love to invite you to reach out and request a free consultation to determine if we might be the right fit for each other this season.
