Dan is a fully qualified acupuncturist practicing in New Brunswick with a PhD in Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as 15+ years of clinical, academic, and research experience. With his background, Dan brings deep expertise and a compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Since relocating to Fredericton in late 2024, he has passed the Pan-Canadian Examination for Acupuncturists and joined the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada (CMAAC).

Cosmetic acupuncture, or facial acupuncture, is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) technique using fine needles to stimulate collagen and elastin, improve skin elasticity, reduce wrinkles, and brighten complexion. It is a natural, non-invasive, and non-surgical alternative to procedures like Botox and fillers. The treatment works by creating micro-trauma to encourage healing and circulation, and it also addresses internal factors like digestion and stress that affect the skin's appearance. A full course of treatment is often needed for optimal results, with sessions typically involving a series of visits to achieve a holistic and radiant outcome.
