New Years Resolution – Kayla Magee

New Years Resolution – Kayla Magee

Happy New Years everyone!  2014 is upon us and people have started with their new years resolutions.

I for one am not a huge fan of having a New Years Resolution, I have never been able to keep up with whatever it is I choose each year.  Some years it is to eat healthier, less than ten minutes into the New Year I eat an entire cake or pie to myself.

Other years it’s to be more active, but that never happens.  This year I’m hoping to change that, this year my New Years resolution is to get more massages. Which seems easy enough, I mean I do work at a massage therapy clinic, it is not the easiest to book the time off for them though.

Every hour I book myself in is the potential of missing out on a client who might need the massage just as much as me if not more.  It is always a battle in my mind of when to get a massage, so this year I am going to make sure I get at least one massage per month, which is not a lot but will definitely help with any aches or pains from work or everyday life.

Who else has a New Years resolution like mine this year?  Getting more massages can even fall into the category of being healthier, taking care of your body more, relaxing more.

If you would like to get more massages, don’t be shy and come book one at Adica Massage Clinic! We offer a variety of massages which include: therapeutic massage, hot stone massage, deep tissue massage, 4 handed massage, couple’s massage and even pregnancy massage. We have something for everyone! We also offer time lengths to suit everyone’s needs, schedules and budgets. We offer anywhere from 30 minutes to a 2 hour massage. Our 1 hour massage is our most popular!
